Hwang Jung-eum's Parenting Shift Helps Kids Grow More Independent

Hwang Jung-eum's Parenting Shift Helps Kids Grow More Independent

Actress Hwang Jung-eum says a four month change in her family's daily routine has helped her children become noticeably more independent.

The shift began when the children moved from their grandmother's care back to their mother's home. Hwang shared that the transition was not easy at first. The children had grown used to a certain rhythm, and adjusting to a new environment took patience from everyone involved.

Over time, however, the actress noticed small but meaningful changes. Her kids started handling simple tasks on their own, from organizing their belongings to getting ready without constant reminders. Hwang described these moments as both surprising and rewarding.

She also spoke about the guilt that often comes with parenting decisions, especially when work and family schedules collide. Instead of dwelling on what she could not control, she focused on being present during the time they had together.

According to Hwang, the past four months taught her that children adapt faster than adults expect. Giving them room to try things alone, she said, builds confidence that carries into other parts of their lives.

The actress continues to balance her career and motherhood, sharing updates with fans who follow her journey.
