McALLEN, Texas – Children may not come with instructions, but South Texas College is stepping up to provide invaluable resources for current and aspiring parents through its innovative courses. The college's Child Development and Early Childhood program is set to launch a free Parenting Basics course, aimed at equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills for effective child care.
